Please wear suitable swimwear (one-piece or two-piece). We want everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable during their visit.
We recommend swimwear with no metal accessories or fastenings, as these can get hot. For hygiene and sauna care, all guests must sit on a towel whilst inside the sauna.
Nudity is not permitted.
We also recommend bringing flip flops or sliders, a robe if you prefer, and warm, loose-fitting clothing for after your session.
-
We recommend arriving ready for your session, as changing facilities are limited.
Depending on the sauna location, there may be toilets or changing rooms available, please check the venue’s specific location in advance for available facilities.
-
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time for a short briefing and to get settled.
If you arrive late, we won’t be able to extend your session, as we need time to prepare for the next bookings.
-
Any personal belongings brought to the sauna are left at your own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to warm your body directly, rather than heating the air around you like a traditional wood-fired sauna.
This allows for a lower ambient temperature while still providing an effective and comfortable heat experience.
