Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated

• Subscription services will renew automatically unless cancelled

• Prices are subject to change at any time

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

• Bookings cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice are eligible for either:

  • A partial refund (upon request), or

  • Rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled upon request by contacting us via email or phone.

• Refunds are not processed automatically and must be requested. Once approved, confirmation will be provided via email.

• In the event of weather, mechanical, or staffing issues, EmberRise will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule.

• No-shows without prior notice will result in the full booking fee being retained.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

• Eligible bookings can be rescheduled via the confirmation email or through the website booking system by selecting a new time.

• Bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may choose to reschedule instead of receiving a refund.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website

• Provide false or misleading information

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmberRise shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss

• Any health-related issues arising from failure to disclose relevant information

• Interruptions or errors on the website
