EmberRise began as an idea rooted in movement, recovery, and the idea to create space that allows you to slow down in a world that rarely does.

At its core, EmberRise is a mobile infrared sauna designed to meet you where you are. Whether that’s after a hard training session, at a weekend event, or out in nature, it’s about creating a moment to reset, physically and mentally. A space where recovery isn’t overlooked, it is to be part of the ritual.

The vision has always been bigger than the sauna itself. It’s about building a community, bringing people together to pause, recharge, and reconnect. From high-energy fitness environments to quieter, more grounded settings, EmberRise is designed to fit into the spaces where you already move, train, and live while offering something different. Something intentional.

But where this really began is much closer to home.

Originally my mum’s horse trailer, it carries a history shaped by early mornings, long days outdoors, and constant movement.

Rather than letting it go, it continues that journey. A space that still moves, still connects people to the outdoors, but now invites you to slow down, reset, recover and reconnect.

Everything about EmberRise comes back to what happens within.

The name reflects that Ember, the fire within, the heat that builds from your core, just like infrared. Rise, how you leave, stronger, clearer, and ready for what’s next.

This is about more than just heat or recovery.
It’s about how you feel when you step back out into the world.
